EASY GYM Přeštice is a new modern fitness center located on the ground floor of the newly renovated Blue House in Přeštice.
Fitness covers an area of over 450 m2, where there is a reception, changing rooms and showers for men and women, an aerobic hall with mirrors and exercise equipment with body weight and balance equipment.
The fitness itself is on an area of over 150 m2, which is equipped with cardio machines, i.e. machines such as treadmills, stairs, bikes and also a rowing machine, which are used for building physical condition or burning fat. Everything from the Matrix brand.
The strength part is more focused on whole-body fitness and the muscular system in the form of circular and functional training. It is equipped with easy-to-use strength machines, counter pulleys, a multi-press, a bench press, a squat cage, etc., all from the brands Matrix and Ziva.
In particular, you will find here a new dynamic exercise system, where it is possible to build dynamic strength or burn fat by setting the heart rate during strength training.
The self-service access system allows you to easily control everything via our app from your mobile phone.
