The i4We Member App is part of Swasti’s flagship Invest4Wellness (i4We) model- an innovative primary healthcare solution designed for families in underserved communities. The app connects households to affordable, quality healthcare, while empowering them to take charge of their well-being.
With the i4We Member App, families can onboard up to four members, giving every household access to essential health services. The app makes healthcare personal, digital, and continuous by storing and managing prescriptions, screening reports, lab test results, and doctor consultations in one secure place.
What you can do with the i4We Member App:
Register your family and create digital health records for each member.


Access doctor consultations, CHE, nurse support, and lab services easily.


Track vitals and screenings such as blood pressure, diabetes, BMI, oxygen saturation, and temperature.


Receive reminders for medications, appointments, and follow-ups.

The i4We approach is holistic and sustainable. It combines promotive, preventive, and curative healthcare with a self-financing system that ensures affordability. Families contribute small, returnable savings that create ownership, while revenues are generated through health product sales, insurance facilitation, and sponsored support for the most vulnerable.
Since its launch in 2017, i4We has reached more than 56,000 people across India, supported by a team of health facilitators, nurses, doctors, and community leaders.
