myCareVisit app that allow Home Help providers to log provided services.

myCareVisit is a free app offered by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to allow Home Help providers to log provided services. This app enables providers to record, save, and submit services as they are completed, from any location.

myCareVisit features easy navigation that lets providers view and update completed tasks quickly, and works together with CHAMPS to allow tasks to be entered from either system. The flexibility of this app makes it easier than ever for providers to record and review completed services.

This is better than filling out paperwork and mailing it into the office.Its better than champs login System.Much easier to Access and understand. I think if I'm doing more than the task duties I should be able to document even if it only has certain number of days.

Very helpful if don't have the desktop version. I've been using this app every since the Covid-19 19 because all libraries were closed. If you make an error it will show the error you made! You can also save what you haven't finished.

I can't even log in. Says new version available I follow the prompt but it doesn't have new version or even give me a log in screen. It used to run great

this app use to work good. now it wont let me login or change my password!!!!! needs some major updating!!!!

After the recent update it now says "I'm not currently enrolled as a Home Help provider". Now logging on thru my PC to access site. Please fix.
