Chop every tree, hunt rabbits and deer, stone and copper mining - resource management are a staple of every survival game, and Daisho is no different. However, we threw away the hunger games in favor of a replenishing stamina pool so you can start every game session on exploration instead of just preventing yourself from dying.
🏛️ Build your own Japanese village estate
From setting up your first camp to building an entire Japanese village, you'll be pretty busy making a home for yourself and all the rescued souls that turn up to settle as workers. Manage their resource refining jobs, build houses and beautify the city with fountains and other decor.
⚔️ Carry a big stick (mind the pointy end)
Craft your weaponry from a selection of clubs, katanas, bows, spears and more. Upgrade them to make pointy ends even more pointy, embellish your craft with gems and their attributes, and poke around at the Shogun armies, bandit bosses and other generally unfriendly folk.
🗺️ Explore Japan and its dungeons
Dive into dark medieval history and unravel the story of Oda Nobunaga, known as the great Japanese unifier; lead the siege to the stronghold of Kyoto, or rebuild the ancient estates and temples around Mount Fuji. Learning about history has never been more fun!

There’s Wilhelm Scream in this game, that itself makes it 10/10 Game Of The Year. Jokes aside, this is a decently solid survival game. The environmental design and BGM really captures the feudal Japan theme. There isn’t an energy system, with progress only restricted by the time it takes for things to get built or crafted. Most of your time will be spent travelling between zones, and most trades are done with a centralized currency. Obviously though, it will partly be an advertisement simulator.

Nice time killer. I suggest that you add a stealth mechanic, and action music when enemies begin to attack. Other than that it's a great game

Historically, there wasn't female samurai. Game is a bit repetitive, and some more details in surroundings would be welcome. But at least its simple, and you know what to do. There is a ton of games with exact same mechanic. Only difference is story, which is not a main prospect here. Well I like the simplicity, you can relax and just follow the pointer.

What could amount to a fun game is hampered by in-your-face monetization, for things like increased damage, crafting speed, health, or reduced timers. These prompts don't seem to go away, instead taking up an enormous portion of the screen. Honestly wish they would just sell the game as premium without all the nonsense. The controller support is also half-done, requiring the touchscreen for many prompts and for accessing the menus.

SLOOOOOOOW! This game is painfully slow. My storage dropped from 15 (an odd number when resources are used in even numbers) to 10! WHY the drop?!!? It's useless. I've played several hours everyday for more than a month and have only reached level 3. It's intensive farming/fighting for resources without ever getting ahead because of the limit you have on expanding your storage spaces. And it's glitchy causing you to rewatch ads extra times to their benefit and your absolute boredom.
