Nu se poate activa contul, eroare la utimul pas după pin. Forțați migrarea utilizatorilor după ce știți ca funcționează. Edit: thank you for the response, I will update my review but leave it here for other Romanians that come around. Could you make it more visible where it is available and where it is not?

The mobile version is quite poor. Can't do some things of the desktop version, like get statements. I can't create new entity to send the transfer: only the option to pick from the existing list. I can't use fingerprint to log in although this option presented but not working. I can't find how to make a statement for an account: either it does not exist or it's hidden so good that humans can't find it. Have to finish the review to turn on my PC to finish these tasks.

there is definately somethink to work on. clarity of app is low. fingerprint reader doesn't work any other bank app including ING for private. I also can't see all the entered orders what ever I do. big disappointment :-(.

Sadly, even the rating barely above a single star is way too generous. Both this app and the web experience for business users are beyond abysmal! Also note that the way business customers are treated by the company otherwise is even worse than the ratings here. Just go with another bank…
