At first it was working perfectly but as I swapped Android phones from Tecno camon 15 to Infinix hot 40i, the application declined to work indicating account blocked though I applied for regeneration of PIN/password from Wazalendo city branch twice. It still shows account blocked!!! 😭😭😭😭

The app is very poor because whenever you try to login using the app they just block the account now what's the use of this app and the customer care in kotido is useless they treat us as if we are not wazalendo members
