My bank Switched from Great River Federal Credit Union to Credit Union 1. The app works flawlessly and looks great. Very simple to use. 😁😄

The app works fairly well. It can be a little slow and spins when initially opening, but it operates better after the login. It would be nice if developers would add images to transactions like many other banks, like Cap One Discover, and Zynlo banks are doing. On another note, since joining CU1 last month, I'm comparing the notifications that are sent. Another potential improvement would be if the notifications could be shortened to have more bullet point information. They're long/wordy.

It does not track in real time. it paid a vendor twice. I do like that everything is under one account. A few bumps, we will see how it works out.

Doesn't allow you to do what you need to do. 3 years later, still doesn't work. 🙄 payoff and chat features don't work.

now it won't even show my account. says "there are no accounts available to display at this time". did yall take my money?? I can't even get a hold of anyone. this is not the first sketchy thing that has happened to my account ever since the switch
