Simply download the CRM.COM Merchant App, sign in using your back-end system credentials, and start submitting purchases for your customers in three convenient ways:
• Identify: Scan or enter the customer's CRM.COM Wallet code during their purchase to award them accordingly.
• Accept Payment: Customers can identify themselves using a one-time password (OTP), enabling them to spend from their CRM.COM Wallet and earn rewards for their purchases.
• Gift Pass Payments: Customers can pay for purchases using their gift pass.
