online shopping experience is ok but can you remove the items in the app IF IT'S NOT AVAILABLE? It's very hassle going back and forth with the staff texting you all alternative items you tried to ask are not available/no stock but it is in the app. Try not misleading customers and work on updating the items in the app especially the grocery items. Staff suggests alternative item but in a higher price and also when they text you it's not detailed as to which ones available and the price etc.

I have been encountering the same problem since May. My total amount spent keep on decreasing despite of using the card. Transactions made will reflect then disappear. Update: It happened again. I'm only 6k away from reaching the 150k mark to be upgraded to prestige last Nov but it came back to 11k this Dec and I finally decided to uninstall it because my transactions weren't even credited to my SMAC account.
