Giving 3 stars while still app need improvement especially for the account creation for the International users is not friendly as app is not accepting any international mobile number.

Pathetic app and service, you have to go to their main office to receive the parcel and bring original CNIC of person whose name is written on parcel to be delivered to. If you can't get his original CNIC because that person is on job away, you can't get the parcel, unless you beg them hard and show whatsapp image. They have no relationship with customers. Also this app only provides information about services that they don't even offer and tracking info. Useless app.

You are asked to provide "barcode" besides the "Consignment No.". There is no " barcode" provided on the slip at the time of booking. The App does not provide the correct tracking info. When contacted on inquiry number, the response was "your consignment has arrived". He did not like to guide about the " barcode". There booking procedure has certain flaw as it is not printing the barcode on the booking slip.
