The app has been very great until quite recently it has refused to open I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but the problem is still there do you guys should do something about that apart from that the app is superb.

Very disappointed with this app. Everytime when I tap on the app, it does not open. Extremely frustrating and my experience is now not good with this app. Earlier it was masterpiece but now can't tell. I wish that you will fix it soon!!!.
