I love their hospitable service, so it is by far my favorite dine-in restaurant! Dishes I recommend are their Louisiana pasta, Alcoholic Peach Tea, 3 Dip Platter, Chicken Pot Pie, and it has been a while since I went out to dine-in, but I like all their menu items, the vibes, the servers are nice, the wait time is fast and accurate as well.

It's August and the app still isn't fixed yet. We order family bundles frequently from the app. I'm extremely disappointed that this app quit working. I emailed guest relations, but I'm not expecting anything to improve.

I have always had really good food. Yesterday, my salmon was overcooked, and my carrots were cold. First time I have had a bad experience since it opened. Of course, I will continue to eat at Cheddars

So the app says to click the link to check in when you arrive. Then when you click the link, they send you a text that shows you your place in line. It also says, we will text you when your table is ready. So we came in (4th in line)and sat down to wait on our text. Then they seated several walk ins before I went to ask and they said you needed to check in with us. So what was the point of using the app!?

Frustrated I just downloaded the app, and it keeps saying, "Oops, something went wrong." I have deleted and re-download the app 15 times between 2 weeks, and I keep getting the same message!! Now I'm going to lose points from my last visit in spending $144.32!!🤬
