I am really enjoying the game. I like fast paced games. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because it cost a lot of gems to upgrade your items but unless you buy them they are hard to get.

I do really enjoy the gameplay, but I'm finding that you need gems to progress. In order to upgrade aspects of the hotel, you need to spend gems and coins. Coins can be earned, but the gems can't. Unfortunately, some levels require these upgrades (for instance, if you need a specific amount of coins to pass the level). If there was a daily gift of gems (of a more substantial amount), or something similar, that'd be pretty helpful. But it's impossible to progress if you're stuck, without buying.

Really annoying when you're giving the bonus quick moving or speed making items, only for the game to waste the time by delaying your use of them... very clever. Even worse now. The levels are really difficult, and you can only progress of you spend money on gems. This makes the game really boring. It's a shame because the game is actually really fun to play.
