Requires vendor lock-in using play integrity API even though open standard APIs s.a. hardware attestation are available. As a service used by public organizations, such lock-in should not be permitted.

I keep getting emails telling me my certificate is about to run out, go to the app and it will automatically renew, but that doesn't happen, so I click on help pages and they are INCREDIBLY unhelpful and unclear, with one video just in Dutch. The app should tell you itself if something is out of date and show you how to renew.
