I'm in the US & after 2 months did receive the prizes hence some stars. The lack of stars is due to machines often being empty, claw dropping plushies majority of the time and not being credited for a win. I haven't won after initial wins but a top player has 16+ wins?? How? What's the hack? Best thing was the time a cat was chilling in one machine and didn't seem bothered or endangered by the claw. The cat gets 5 stars.

This used to be such a fun game, the machines stayed full, you could win easily and your prizes came within 3 weeks. But now everytime I play the machines are empty or the prizes are out of reach and no one is there to refill them like before. I'm disappointed in what used to be my favorite game.
