It is an app for public bicycles (Seoul Bicycle-Ttareungi) operated by Seoul Metropolitan City that allows you to sign up for membership and purchase, rent, return, and check rental offices.

It was prepared to promote the use of bicycles as a means of transportation to solve the problems of traffic congestion, air pollution, and high oil prices in Seoul, and to improve the quality of life for a healthy society and citizens.


Eligibility ｜ 13 years old or older (13 years old requires membership registration)
Operating Hours ｜ 24/7
Fees ｜1 hour pass: 1 day pass 1,000 won / Commuter pass 3,000 won per week, 1 month 5,000 won, 6 months 15,000 won, 1 year pass 30,000 won
2-hour pass: 1 day pass 2,000 won / Commuter pass 4,000 won per week, 1 month 7,000 won, 6 months 20,000 won, 1 year pass 40,000 won


01. Purchase a ticket
You can purchase it on the ‘Seoul Bike Homepage’ or the ‘Seoul Bike-Ttareungi’ app.
You can download the app from the smartphone app store and install it.
02. Rent
- After taking the QR code, you can use Ttareungi.
03. Safe driving
Be sure to check the condition of the brakes, tires and chains before driving.
For the safety of users while driving, wear safety gear, such as a helmet, and obey traffic laws.
Please refrain from using earphones for safe driving.
04. Return
You can return it to any Saul bicycle rental office in downtown Seoul.
If you lock the bicycle lock, it will be returned.

※ When connecting via Bluetooth, location information is a required function, and bicycle rental is not possible if the relevant part is not set.

2. Storage space (required function for bicycle rental)
- Used for the purpose of checking the application push transmission history
- After QR shooting, it is used for the purpose of reading data about the relevant details, etc.
※ Even if you refuse to set the storage space, there is no problem in using the app, but you cannot rent it.

3. Phone
- Used for the purpose of checking app information
※ There is no problem in using the app even if the phone setting is rejected

4. Camera (required function for bicycle rental)
- Purpose of QR shooting for bicycle rental
※ When the corresponding function is not set, the default
