Great graphics and fun to play, but some puzzles are impossible to play on a mobile phone because of the glitchy controls. If there's more than one of those in a game, you can't continue without paying, so it's not really a free game. And yes, I have emailed to notify support! **UPDATE! They've fixed the dodgy controls and the impossible puzzles are now able to be completed. Thank you!

Some of the mini games that required pieces to be placed in a specific spot,like the cliff for example, were extremely frustrating because the pieces wouldn't register that they were placed correctly and I'd have to place them over and over in the same spot for it to finally accept it. Other than that, the game was alot of fun.

Difficult on phone, hard to understand instructions. After the fourth puzzle that I had to look elsewhere for instructions on what to do (not a guide for how to complete), I gave up. As of Dec 22 the controls are too finicky for a mobile phone (the Celtic knot!), some of the puzzle diagrams are much too small to follow (and cannot enlarge), and other instructions make no sense. Graphics great, story great, love the plot line. Puzzles a let down.

I used to love playing these games. The graphics are great and stories keep the puzzles moving. However, this and the last several games have issues with placement of the objects to include hint and skip buttons. The puzzles go offscreen or under the buttons and you have to zoom in and scroll around to see items on the edge of the scene. It doesn't work if you need to move something from the edge since there is a serious problem with pieces not locking in place. (i.e. icewall) Frustrating!

Some minigames are almost impossible to play on mobile (a climbing game is driving me nuts). These games are not designed for small touchscreens (I have a Samsung S21, so it is not a device issue). Would ve a nice game though, so on desktop or a bigger tablet it could be very enjoyable. * corrected to 1-star after reading the reviews. People are clearly stating for months that the climbing game is not fixing the rocks. Uninstalled
