Easy to use. Professional service. I prefer to know ahead of time that a professional driver and a reliable, clean car is waiting for me at the airport or prepared to take me to the airport. I like that all you need to tell them is the date and flight number. I also like that you can use the app to chat with your driver, see your driver in maps, or even change the address if plans or your location changes.

Used WP down in the Nassau Bahama's over Christmas, very helpful driver met me at the airport to help with luggage. Had an issue on the return trip but when I reached out in the app for help they were responsive and fixed the issue immediately even offering compensation for my issue. I was impressed with the level of service from the all parties even when there was an issue. Would definitely use this service again.

Really worked well 3 out of 4 times in Italy & Malta. Then a big time fail on last trip to airport in Rome. Day before everything was good with driver & pickup time confirmed in app. Wake up & don't see trip in app anymore. Then I see an email from overnight saying basically "Sorry, we can't find a driver & canceled your reservation". Phone was on all night, but no call or text to tell me this. BAD! Had to scramble to get a taxi at the last minute (which was cheaper too).

TO YYZ AIRPORT I specifically booked the ride because it included a car seat and even paid extra for it, but the driver contacted me and said he didn’t have one. I had to cancel, and they only refunded 80% of what I paid. It feels unfair since the cancellation was caused by their mistake, not mine.
