the app and website are difficult, my address is not recognised and they keep changing the zip code to a different area

the worst delivery ever, they said that my address isn't true while I received a lot of packages on the same address, send them 3 emails but didn't reply on me and returned my package to the sender. so unprofessional won't deal with them again, never ever
