great game, I am in a great team , we help each other lot and come in 1st in reginal games so win prizes etc. The only downfall is I have over 50,000 tickets fke changing clothes and accessories. but there is nothing I can spend it on.... only buy with real money 💰. wish there was something to spend these tickets on.

I enjoy playing this game and would give it 5 stars if only the annoying, involuntary pop-ups would stop. I don't understand why they have to interrupt the navigation of the game or between levels/windows/screens. There is already an exclamation mark to indict that there are options for you to check out. Why forcibly interrupt our play time? Please stop with the involuntary pop-ups.

It was fun at the first hospital location. But at the second it becomes nearly impossible to pass a level bc you don't make anywhere near enough money to level anything up enough to get anywhere. All of my doctors are super low level, my machines don't generate enough cash and I can't spend a dime toward the patients patience level because I need all I have to level up ANYTHING else. Very frustrating. And once you get to this point there are SO many pop ups of "BUY THIS" once at this point -_-

haven't played for a while so thought I'd give it another go. To continue a level it used to be 50 gems now its 100, just plain greed. To keep playing you have to keep watching adverts which I get but now its 3 adverts in 1 it just gets boring. if you like watching ad after ad this is the game for you. oh and then when you watch the ad, it crashes and you lose all your progress for your winning streak.
