*all service coupons performed from July 2019 on motorcycles registered since 2015 are available for viewing. Scheduled services are visible on motorcycles manufactured from 2021.

Love this app but i had 3 software updates that needed to be performed and they did not show up on my garage.i had a warning ⚠️ light and that's when the dealer said it needed the update,i have had no problems after that, and if you own a 2019 Ducati Pentigale V-4 then you will love the new software update, it makes the dash light up and flash yellow and red when you hit 8k rpm. I love it.

Cannot even login as the Ducati app will not even let me set my password. Not surprised, after the terrible customer service I received at the Richmond, BC, Canada dealership. The Ducati brand has definitely left a negative impact. ‐------------------------------------- I'm pleased that Ducati read my review above and they were in contact with me to correct the issue. It took a few days, but they sorted it out I'm now able to login and receive the benefits. Thanks Ducati team!!

The option to change between KM and miles would be good for different countries

Was useful for access to handbook and service records. However this update has dumped service history and service due information..... Of little use now. Even worse you need to enter credentials every time you access app. Very poor. Updated now and maintenance issue sorted. Still need to sign in each time though! Not great.

Cannot use because the MyDucati website will not accept any passwords nor does it indicate what the password rules are. Poor usability. Update: Got the password to be accepted by clicking Terms of service and there was a password change field there for some reason and it worked. Now that I have access to the app I find it disappointing. Zero value add. I read that I was supposed to have access to my owners manual. I did not find that. Mostly this is just trying to collect personal information
