This is not great unless your child already speaks Chinese. All the instruction is in Chinese. The character "battles" where you have to identify the character is cool, and the character examples are very clever, but the speaking recognition is a joke, and it doesn't really teach you what the character means in English. So useful for a Chinese speaking kid learning characters, but there's no "English" version, despite the language setting.
