I am pleased with the app and my order, but I encountered an error when attempting to purchase an item using the Dutch Pass, even after adding $25 to it. update 12/28/2025 i'm still not able to use the dutch pass on the app and i had put 25 dollars on it 2 month ago . still a great app just not happy that i have 25 dollars on a dutch pass that i cant even use.

you've made some significant improvements to mobile ordering and I really appreciate that. I still think you could streamline it but it's gotten better. My frustration now is the "tap to activate" reward. Seeing the 2x points got me out of bed and I even ordered an extra item. Then I realized I had to "tap to activate." What's the idea behind that?

I've contacted Dutch Bros customer service twice because I'm unable to place an online order using my Dutch pass money in account. You go thru the whole process of placing order, then it states Ooops, we have a problem. They say they are working on the problem for the last two months. That's why I like Starbucks because their app works and I don't have to wait to pickup my order. Wish Dutch Bros could get this fixed.
