Blitz Quest hasn't been loading for me. Can no longer use any of my Gems or any maxed out Multipliers. So basically cant compete in any Blitz Champions or have the ability to complete Missions.

I've played this game for years (probably 6-10 yrs). Playing the challenges is what makes it fun. However, lately the game blanks out mid-game and you can't continue...resetting the game is required. Resetting causes you to lose the gems you've used, score, etc. I have a large number of gems built up, but losing them because the game freezes isn't right! This game does not force you to play with others which is something I love. Playing games with others, take too long to play!

Ok when it works and doesn't still your hard earned coins. I paid for 3 spins with my gold bars. The game took my bars, but didn't give my spins. Bad enough loading is slow on any device. So here it is 10/8/2025 and the game keepa telling me "Download Incomplete. Connect to your WiFi". I AM CONNECTED TO MY WIFI! I even went a step further and did a reboot...same error message. Geezus!

I purchased 60 gold bars on 12-31-2025 but I didn't receive them. Not sure where I can have the issue corrected. I am having an issue with the deluxe spin reported 11-22-2025. I ordered and paid for spins but then I received an error message that they were granted but nothing shows. Then I tried to make the purchase again and it says I already made the purchase. I can't correct anything on my side. This remains a problem.
