I'M GIVING AN HONEST REVIEW OF MY PERSONAL OPINION. AS FAR AS THE "COMPANY" ITSELF IS CONCERNED, THE PRICING IS CONSTANT AND REASONABLE. Sometimes OK but wait long time cab arrived

Called mutliple times for pick up, eta changed from 3 minutes to 15, never saw the car however it showed it was on trip, called again to confirm but no response. Cab called back and i told him i cancelled and he responded rudely. Im a frequent customer of this service and i made use of this app. Better off using uber or lyft.

I have Never In My Lifeeeeee had a worst experience with people who truly dont care about their clients!!! I take this car service 2 times a day 7 DAYS A WEEK to far places back and forth!!!! 30 Damn minutes I was waiting for a car that was promised to arrive in 5 min and when I FINALLY got through to them they said another 15 min at least ARE YOU PLAYIN???? IM LATE TO WORK and I'm going to report this to BBB and make sure they start looking into your business...this is my 4th time with same bs
