Answer questions typically asked by your doctor, from the doctor’s waiting room
ECLIPSE Check In allows you to use your cell phone to read a QR code in your doctor’s office. Then, you answer questions about your condition that would typically be asked by your doctor. Once you finish, you can complete the check-in process by pressing the “Submit” button to transfer data to your doctor’s computer system
