Clocking Presence Management Absence Requests Personnel Clock in out Attendance

Attendance management system designed specially for managers to monitor presence tracking of employees. It is a real innovation that replaces outdated time and attendance recording systems and is easily installed on tablet, Smartlet, phablet or smartphone in order to have an overall control of team presence/absence.

Manager has the technical capability to process clocking of his personnel via app that can be installed directly on the device; the team member simply has to digit a unique code to register clocking in or clocking out record; the manager himself can insert clockings, omitted clockings and register absence such as holidays, permits, sickness, accidents instead of his employees.

APP submits all the information to the company management in real-time mode so that the managers have the exact information about employees' presence at work at any moment in time, whether in the office or other working sites.
The company also has at its disposal the data ready for payroll processing and complete attendance report.

eTime Manager is a fully-fledged Time Management System that can manage personnel attendance in more than one working site for multiple working teams: clocking via tablet/smartlet, mobile app eTime or web, Ecosagile Cloud Software for absence requests management such as holidays, permits, illnesses, as well as overtimes and schedule planning.

The system is on Cloud, integrated with the clocking management system which permits to have the permanently updated database in order to monitor entrances, exits, presences, absences and schedules of the personnel in multiple working sites and with different team leaders.
