can't connect to ecu not supported

After 1 year of use the ecu is no longer working. It is just switching on the lights and the dashboard after the key is switched on but it can't start up my motorcycle and so i change the ecu back to stock and my motorcycle starts without a problem. Any help regarding the problem would be appreciated.
