The e-pity 2025 mobile app is Poland's first free app for filing and submitting annual PIT returns to the e-Deklaracje.gov.pl system via smartphones and tablets.

The e-pity 2025 app allows for comprehensive tax settlements in every possible format, with tax refunds within 45 days, or within 30 days for Large Family Card holders if you submit an e-Deklaracje form.

The e-pity program allows you to file over 20 PIT returns, the largest number of all mobile annual PIT applications available on the market. In addition to the most popular forms, such as PIT-37, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-28, PIT-38, and PIT-39, with attachments: PIT/B, PIT/BR, PIT/DS, PIT/M, PIT/D, PIT/2K, PIT/O, PIT/Z, PIT/ZG, PIT-28/A, PIT-28/B, and PIT/WOT, you can also use tax office data update forms – form ZAP-3. The form database also includes the PIT-OP declaration for retirees.

The app's user-friendly interface, designed specifically for mobile devices, makes filing your PIT tax return effortless despite limited screen space. A key advantage of the program is the helpful wizard, which guides even the most inexperienced taxpayer through the PIT process step by step. The e-pity application verifies that the user has completed all required fields of the tax return, allows for the settlement of eligible tax reliefs and deductions – automatically verifying the correct amounts and adhering to statutory limits.

The application prepares e-Declarations along with attachments for submission and allows for tracking communication with the Ministry of Finance servers, up to and including the automatic download of the Official Confirmation of Receipt (UPO), a copy of which can also be sent to the user's email address. E-sending the completed PIT return to the e-Deklaracje.gov.pl system is possible within the application without the need for a qualified signature. The e-pity application does not limit the selection of public benefit organizations and allows the user to enter their KRS number. The application is free and has no limit on the number of completed PIT returns.

• Option to print the return or save it as a PDF file,
• Official Receipt Certificate (UPO) downloaded and available in the app and delivered via email.
