This app is designed for Secondary Screening Members (SSM) as part of the Blindness Free Shimoga eye health program. It is the continuation of our earlier application that was used by ASHA workers to collect basic patient details and preliminary eye health information.
With this new app, SSMs can now perform secondary screening and capture detailed patient examination data. The information collected will help doctors and healthcare teams in making accurate diagnoses, planning treatments, and ensuring proper follow-up for patients.
