unable to reset password. once I click to send the verification code it says that my session has expired

the company changed its name, from awit. when it did i lost my subscription and was forced to pay again. even though I had 4 months left. the bell doesnt ring on my phone only at the door, so u never hear it, I only get a notification no door bell. the problem is constant. talking to someone on the mic is a pain too. I wouldn't recommend. I am stuck with it now and its not a good tech. go but a ring doorbell u will b better off.

NOT HAPPY !!! Someone At The Door Notifications! why does it not notify me when the person 1st presses the bell and it only rings through if the app is open. How do I get to see who is at the door in the 1st instance?? NOT HAPPY
