Recently switched from the old app to the new PASSforcare. No issues at all the new app works perfectly. The sync every couple of minutes is a great improvement. The whole team are extremely helpful and support is excellent.

Can't see.more than the previous days visit.. and when you want to add someone to a competed task you can't go back to it... very frustrating!

Says my phone doesn't support and needs to update system to 12 or a bove. My phone's system is 12.0 and isn't due an update so what gives????

I don't like this app at all. It's far too time consuming when time is already tighter than tight!! If you accidentally tick a task you can't change it, If a service user changes their mind you can't change it, if I want to see previous visits, I have to keep loading the page, if I want to go back to see another previous call, it takes me back to the beginning to start over!! Not all previous calls are available to see, meaning I could be missing vital information. Terrible app, too many issues!

The PASS App has proven to be one of the most frustrating and ineffective applications I've used. It incessantly blinks and vibrates on my phone, causing significant battery drain and frequently disrupting other apps I try to open. This constant interruption makes it nearly impossible to use my phone efficiently. I strongly urge the developers to address these issues promptly, as the app's current state is not only inconvenient but also detrimental to the overall user experience.
