When I enter Account ID, Why it is giving access denied or invalid account ID. Although I am entering right Account ID. Account ID is of 11 digits while in App it is 10 digits. Please clear this issue. Thanks app developers to sort out my problem with due consideration. Another query! If I update app, will I have to go through the process of validation of my ID again?

Dear IT: Plz add option of Meter No for search option, as during site visits it is not possible to verify every meter through consumer No. Also in order to verify ILLEGAL Meters search though meter no. is required. Regards

App is not accepting Account ID. Number of digits in ID are 11 but app is not accepting more than 10 digits
