no podes tener certeza de que va a funcionar el app. un dia si un dia no. luego a ti si y a tu amigo no. proximo dia al reves. totalmente impredecible. funciona un 70% del tiempo. llevan mas de un año con lo mismo. si fuese un servicio privado estarian todos despedidos. arriba españa.

the user interface needs improvements. things are overlapping and also the app doesn't open after installation in my Samsung s23. I download the app, i do my sign up and when I close it and reopen it in order to take a bike, it keeps hanging to the splash screen. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall it every time I want to use it. Please fix it because it's not convenient and I will give more stars

The app doesn't work. I've been trying to sign up but I never receive a SMS message to validate my phone number. Also there isn't a place in the app to contact the company. I wanted to report the issue and wasn't able to do so. It is a bummer because I wanted to use the bikes while visiting Madrid.
