It is a great app to keep track of our loved ones in military but please add English language option, it's all in Korean which makes it difficult for foreigners to understand it

The mobile app has been down for me since last Friday. No matter what I did(uninstall and reinstall the app, restart my phone...etc), it doesn't work. The web version is not responsive, page layout is broken when viewing on different browser/desktop vs mobile. Some button is useless, when clicking it shows a spinning wheel but doesn't do anything. The worst thing is once logging out and back click, it displays everything like when you are logged in, means someone who use your laptop after you can read all the letters, follow all the activities you've done on the website(maybe even get your card details...etc).

Not a good app, one star, or I'd give it a zero star. I will stay with Weverse, where I know BTS, each member reads our posts because they reply to posts as soon as they are allowed to have their phones. There BTS send us letters, pictures and just the occasional hi, I'm doing well posts while serving. This app is not it.
