I like this company better than others because they're more reliable, but the app needs work. 1. It won't let me set my actual starting point. It only lets me put the road, so the driver has to call me to ask where exactly I am every time....annoying. 2. It doesn't actually show me the fare for the trip, it just says it does. 3. The interface seems very inflexible overall, not very interesting to use, or terribly intuitive. Like the company....not the app at all.
