This is the most unhelpful app. It asks for my username and password but offers no help if you can't remember the bloody thin. Does it mean subscription number? Email? Why not have a little help button to help all of us forgetful souls with new phones? Every other app does.

Was great until it keeps saying I need a subscription to view even though I have one. I'd I try subscribe again it says I am already subscribed. No option in app to contact anyone

Very frustrating. I subscribe to the printed edition which advertises that my subscription includes digital access, but have not been able to achieve this!
