Decent app that works well in general. Would love to see some quality of life improvements however. 1. I only pay with iDeal. Every transaction I have to change it from bancontact to iDeal which is annoying. 2. The app needs to stay open in order to register the tanking well. You can close the phone and it'll still work, but then when you stop fueling, it doesn't register until way later (it seems). Would be nice to have a more immediate feedback when you've stopped fueling.

This app of a very big company is terrible to use both on Android and ios. You have to sign in almost every time when you open again. Halfvof the time the app won't show your points and you have to restart the app again. Customer service is available on the phone but no one takes the phone call. So why mention the phone number? I do not want to know how much they paid for developing this app but it will always be too much...

I have now tried to sign up twice. Registration is terrible, app doesn't recognize the combination at all even after a password reset. No support, no clear error. Edit: tried again after several months. Reset password gives you a ridiculously formatted OTP after which I still can't log in because my account isn't "verified" and I need to call the helpdesk. For a reward program.
