10/12/24 same problem. 8/21/24, app still won't open. Won't fix. 7/30/24 app wont open 7/26/24 video not working. 4/18/24 A little improvement. Able to purchase boosters and got them. Didn't refund money that was taken without boosters. Took my money no boosters. Need updates on the problem. Its sad we have to lose our levels and progress because you wont fix the problem. Its really a shame we have to start all over again because you wont fix the problem or reply to our concerns.
