When you download the Equiniser App, you’ll receive five digital whiteboards, each complete with its own calendar to get you started. Four boards are preloaded, each with up to 24 tasks and activities tailored to equestrian life, but you can edit or delete anything to fit your own needs. The fifth board is completely blank, ready for you to make your own!

Here’s what’s included in the preloaded boards:
Ride & Report – Plan your horse’s workload or record what you’ve done after a ride with options to add activities like hacking, jumping, lessons and many more!
Horse Management – Keep track of appointments with vets, dentists, saddlers, and more.
Daily Management – Log everyday care tasks like mucking out, making feeds, or cleaning tack.
Yard Management – Stay on top of things like bedding changes, feed deliveries, or fence repairs.

You can also choose to fill in a form for any or all tasks and activities that you input, allowing you to track progress, spot patterns, record results, and stay organised. Each board has its own specially designed form, so you can record everything that’s relevant!
Ride & Report lets you log your session any way you like—use fun emoji stickers, detailed question-led answers, and there is a dedicated competition report form when you need it too, Plus the option to use quick speech-to-text
Horse Management forms give you space for your practitioner’s comments, special instructions, and any follow-up action.
The other boards come with a notes section so you can keep track of anything you want to remember and look back on later.

And if all of that isn’t enough, you also get to name your boards and personalise each one by choosing from any of the ten colour palettes on offer—bold and bright or calm and muted, it’s totally up to you!
