I have had HMN since it rolled out. Yes there are a few bugs that they are working on. I respect that they have so much coding to do for us all to enjoy the content. I am patient and know that from experience it is a matter of time and they will correct it. I currently am having issues with a particular tab that is supposed to pull up all the Christmas movies by year. It works on my phone, &Roku but not on my Visio TV. Accessing your account via the web has far more options to settings.

The variety of content is good. Unfortunately when one episode or movie ends, it never progresses on to what's coming up next or allows you to go back to the home menu to make the next selection. There is an endless buffering or spinning circle. The only way out is to quit the app and come back in to select your next viewing item. This should be fixed.

Frustrating app. To finish watching a movie takes forever because, the movie stops and a technical difficulties message appear. Have to close the app and open it several times for it to work again and be able to finish a movie. Another annoying problem, once I finish watching the movie or even a trailer the screen goes blank and it starts loading forever. Again I have to close the app and re-open it again.

FRUSTRATING! I really wish this app would get better. I never got the free trial. I called, they refuse to give it to me. After each episode you cannot go to the next episode or movie. You are stuck in an endless loop. You have to exit out of the app and go back in. I wish there was an area to find what movies are new. The purple highlight does nothing for you if you have already watched the movie. You should be able to put a checkmark on what you watched and or identify a favorite movie.
