- The app's offline capability is implied due to its lack of permissions and internet requirements, making it accessible for use in areas with poor internet connectivity, which is beneficial for referees who may need to prepare for games in various locations.
Cons
- The lack of user ratings and reviews might make it challenging for potential users to gauge the app's effectiveness and usability, as they cannot rely on feedback from other users to inform their decision.
- Given its specialized nature, the app might not be useful for a broad audience, limiting its appeal to only those involved in basketball refereeing, which could impact its visibility and support.
- The app's development and update frequency are not clearly indicated, which could raise concerns about its long-term support and whether it will receive necessary updates to reflect changes in basketball rules or refereeing practices.
- Without more information on the app's content and features, it's difficult to assess whether it provides comprehensive coverage of pre-game preparation for referees, potentially leaving some users looking for additional resources.

nice for the Fiba Referees..
Long overdue on the Android Platform. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the developers are pro active. As it only takes a few minor glitches which are not addressed asap, especially in today's I want it yesterday's society. And this app will quickly lose support from the community. But for now fair play to FIBA for putting this out there
It's a great app to setup pre game strategy but it was better and more functional to be offline
can't use the app on Samsung S22 because the notification bar is overlaid over the top menu of the bar, so I can't click anything
