I logged in to this app and got an issue the first time. my salary first used to go out in 10 15 seconds Now! it's taken half an hour They are saying wait Again they are saying there is a network issue My network is also fine, nor is there any spice in my account, this is all the issue of this app, I hope that this app will be fixed as soon as possible.

Not able to access my account after switching over to the new app. After entering the pin associated with my account, it greets me with the error "Organization disabled, contact administrator". I haven't heard anything from my organization about the new app. Calling the helpline option doesn't do anything. I need a fix ASAP. Update (11/22/2025): One month later and still "Organization disabled, contact administrator" error persist. Our organization already got a support ticket generated but ETA
