GPS tracks are automatically created while you move. GPS locations are recorded for each fish you catch. Save custom flies and lures, waypoints, weather, friends, photos and more with your fishing logs. Plus, you can take your fishing logs with you anywhere, even if you're offline.

Fish Swami's fishing log is designed to work if you target rivers, streams, lakes, ponds, or anything else. Enter in catches as you go, wait until you're finished at a spot to enter in a group, or wait until the end of the trip to enter in all catches.

When you register your account through the app, you also have access to your fishing logs and other data online at https://www.fishswami.com. Everything you enter online will automatically be synced to your device, and vice versa.

WEATHER AND WATER DATA

Weather data is collected automatically for each of your catches. If available, water information like water level and water temperature will be collected and saved with your log.

OFFLINE MODE

All of your data - logs, patterns, waypoints, and more - is available to you in the app while you're fishing, even if you're offline. You can create new logs while you're offline; everything will sync with the server once you're online again.

OFFLINE MAPS

When you know you will be fishing in an area without cell service, you can download maps to use when you're offline! These offline maps will be shown while you're fishing, looking at waypoints, looking at saved fishing logs, and other areas in the app where maps are displayed.

PHOTOS

Save photos of fish you catch or where you fish with your fishing log.

SHARING

Classify each fishing log as public, protected, or private. Public fishing logs are visible to anyone, protected fishing logs are visible only to your friends, and private fishing logs are visible only to you.

FRIENDS

You can add other Fish Swami members as fishing friends. Once added, you are able to share your protected fishing logs with each other. They'll automatically receive notifications when you add new fishing logs or comments.

ANALYTICS

Fish catch statistics show you how many fish you caught, how many days you fished, which patterns caught the most fish, your top fishing locations, and more.
