¡Muy satisfecha! Sigo la app desde septiembre (2024), mi cuerpo ha cambiado drásticamente, SE ME NOTAN LOS MÚSCULOS, he perdido 11kg y me encuentro fenomenal. Relación calidad/precio: Imbatible. Atención de las nutricionistas: Matrícula. Es rápida, se adaptan a lo que necesitas, explican lo que haga falta y el seguimiento es personalizado. Entrenamientos: Perfectamente explicados y adaptados progresando contigo. Si no dispones del material (gym/casa) se pueden cambiar y hay una gran variedad.

He pagado la suscripcion anual y no funcionan los filtros para las recetas. He pedido el reembolso proporcional del tiempo que la he usado y no me responden. Definitivamente NO recomiendo esta App. Mejor ver las recetas en Instagram que es gratis.
