How can you track a parcel when it no longer shows the location of the parcel. Same on the website. Useless!

Unnessessary. They could've make all functions avaiable on the website but you have to download their app to FILE A COMPLAINT?? Ridicuious. Avoid this parcel service at all cost, I'm sure the only reason they're still in operation is because they have a lot of deals with a bunch of companies.
