App is easy to use, but like others have said not happy with the fees. Is there any way to add lunch orders for the week and checkout in one transaction instead of having to purchase each day separately? In addition, could the developers please add a quick button for repeat orders as an option? I'm pretty much ordering the same meals weekly and this option would save a lot of time

Relatively simple to use. Can be painful to order if you don't do it early in the morning, as the app slows to a crawl and crashes, the later you decide to order. The update for being able to add more than one student to an order is greatly appreciated. Please make an option to use your remaining balance first, and then the remaining total via another payment option. I've had a balance with just a couple of dollars there for years, because my total never equates to the remaining balance.

Could do with improvements. A bit of a pain to navigate. Paying individually is stupid. There's a surcharge each transaction for each student. That adds up. Also can't use the same student number on different accounts? What about separated parents with different accounts?🙄🤔

Fees are a joke! Our canteen was closed for a year so I couldn't make a purchase through the app. Because I didn't make a purchase for that length of time they deactivated my account with funds still in it. I was told I would be charged monthly and could not retrieve my money until I reactivate my account. . . Tried to reactivate my account recieved an email that office is closed and will have to wait which means they can keep charging me. Not happy, great idea but ruined by greed.
