I have used this tool for almost a year. I have no problem. Get my contacts just fine. Send text messages, leave notes and emails. The only concern is the leads. When you click to get lead it's gone that fast. Not sure if it goes to the top agents first🤷🏾♀️ I have an android.

Great app, but why make different versions for apple and android? This makes it so difficult for someone to follow along with coaching if they have w different version on their android. Give android the same features please 🙏🏼

Needs upgraded to be more funtional as the desktop version. Agents spend time in the field and can't always log on to a laptop or desktop to be able to do more then the app.

Android app is definitely lacking. Need to spend extra effort setting up lists on the desktop before I see the identical records in the app. Also not able to see or playback conversation recordings for several records that I see on the desktop, and no way to know which recordings are short (under 1-2 min) vs. longer conversations.

Really, REALLY bad. The android version of this app is an absolute mess. Tons and tons of useless alerts about unclaimed leads. You can't sort clients/contacts - they're listed chronologically or by a "stage" label- AND THAT'S IT. The calendar only displays as a list, not as an actual calendar - zero customizability. The "settings" page has two settings. Email templates cannot be modified. You might think this app was still in Beta - it's not😵
