Very easy to use with simple instructions.

At first I thought maybe I lost my 25 Euro, then after waiting for a few days they activated my account. I contacted them on Facebook, they responded immediately and told me to wait for their email. I also send them an email with my ID for ID verification. At first I was a bit harassed, but they finally activated my account, which I liked.

the idea it's self is good but they make charges on your account with no explanation for why they have taken your money, so for that I will not be renewing my account this year.

worst experience ever: i was trying to find a bank agent for 2 hours using their map (because it doesn't show actual data), paid 26 euros, and on my first try to log in the app i got my acc closed! i contacted support 4 times by call and 2 times by email and got ignored!!! please, do not use this awful service
