frag heads unite 😍
It's fine for what it needs to be. Unfortunately it's kind of laggy at times and has some bugs here and there. There are also a lot of ads. Other than that, it's a very useful tool for fragrance heads.
The app is nothing but the webpage and there are sooo many adds. Worst of all is they lock you out of using their site for awhile if you "click on too many" perfume pages!!! Sometimes, I need to compare fragrances on a salw or click on quite a few pages to create favorite lists! I've never seen a site NOT wanting people to browse before! It's ridiculous. There is really nothing the app offers that the website doesn't.
What else can be said that hasn't previously? I'm in 100% agreement w/ all reviewers taking issue w/ the total lack of difference in the website & app, & for those using the app solely for ease of access, I'd suggest adding a shortcut to the website as this consumes little to no storage vs an app i.e. program using exponentially more & racking up cache. Additionally, I find it frustrating that products' prices via their advertisers' links are noticeably higher than when searching via Google.
Too many ads, uninstalled. The website is really bad with ads, I thought maybe I'd try the app, it's even worse, full screen ads randomly on top of the same ads on the website. Fragrantica really dropped the ball, it's ridiculous how many ads run on the page and app, they are just bogged down with so many 😑 I just quit bothering with the site overall.
